Government Code § 2310.051","heading":"GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES.","body":"(a) The bank shall administer and monitor the implementation of this chapter.\n(b) The bank shall establish criteria and procedures for designating a qualified area as a readjustment zone and for designating a defense readjustment project.\n(c) The office shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 114, Sec. 1, eff.
