Government Code § 2310.202","heading":"ADMINISTRATION BY ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY.","body":"(a) The governing body of a readjustment zone may delegate its administrative duties to an administrative authority appointed by the governing body.\n(b) An administrative authority must:\n(1) be composed of 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 15 members; and\n(2) be a viable and responsive body generally representative of all public or private entities that have a stake in the development of the zone.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 114, Sec. 1, eff.
