Government Code § 24.114","heading":"13TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (NAVARRO COUNTY).","body":"(a) The 13th Judicial District is composed of Navarro County.\n(b) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, each district court in Navarro County has the civil jurisdiction of a county court.\n(c) The terms of the 13th District Court begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October.\n(d) The judge of the 13th District Court shall impanel grand juries at the April and October terms and at any other terms as ordered by the judge.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
