Government Code § 24.118","heading":"17TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY).","body":"(a) The 17th Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.\n(b) The 17th, 48th, 67th, 96th, and 153rd district courts have concurrent jurisdiction in Tarrant County.\n(c) The terms of the 17th and 96th district courts begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October.\n(d) The 17th District Court shall give preference to civil matters.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
