Government Code § 24.125","heading":"24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (CALHOUN, DEWITT, GOLIAD, JACKSON, REFUGIO, AND VICTORIA COUNTIES).","body":"(a) The 24th Judicial District is composed of Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio, and Victoria counties.\n(b) The terms of the 24th District Court begin:\n(1) in Calhoun County on the fourth Mondays in April and October;\n(2) in DeWitt County on the second Mondays in January and July;\n(3) in Goliad County on the first Mondays in February and August;\n(4) in Jackson County on the fourth Mondays in January and July;\n(5) in Refugio County on the third Mondays in April and October; and\n(6) in Victoria County on the second Mondays in March and September.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
