Government Code § 24.133","heading":"31ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT (GRAY, HEMPHILL, LIPSCOMB, ROBERTS, AND WHEELER COUNTIES).","body":"(a) The 31st Judicial District is composed of Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Roberts, and Wheeler counties.\n(b) The terms of the 31st District Court begin:\n(1) in Gray County on the first Mondays in January and July;\n(2) in Hemphill County on the second Monday in April and the first Monday in November;\n(3) in Lipscomb County on the fourth Monday in March and the second Monday in September;\n(4) in Roberts County on the second Monday in March and the fourth Monday in August; and\n(5) in Wheeler County on the fourth Mondays in April and November.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
