Government Code § 24.171","heading":"69TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DALLAM, HARTLEY, MOORE, AND SHERMAN COUNTIES).","body":"(a) The 69th Judicial District is composed of Dallam, Hartley, Moore, and Sherman counties.\n(b) The terms of the 69th District Court begin:\n(1) in Dallam County on the 16th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July;\n(2) in Hartley County on the 12th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July;\n(3) in Moore County on the 10th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July; and\n(4) in Sherman County on the 14th Monday after the second Mondays in January and July.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
