Government Code § 24.193","heading":"91ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT (EASTLAND COUNTY).","body":"(a) The 91st Judicial District is composed of Eastland County.\n(b) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, each district court in Eastland County has the civil jurisdiction of a county court. The district court has concurrent with the county court the criminal jurisdiction of a county court.\n(c) The terms of the 91st District Court begin on the first Mondays in February, April, June, August, October, and December.\n(d) The 91st District Court may not impanel a grand jury except by special order of the judge.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
