Government Code § 24.208","heading":"106TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (DAWSON, GAINES, GARZA, AND LYNN COUNTIES).","body":"(a) The 106th Judicial District is composed of Dawson, Gaines, Garza, and Lynn counties.\n(b) The terms of the 106th District Court begin:\n(1) in Dawson County on the third Monday in February and the second Monday in September;\n(2) in Gaines County on the first Mondays in April and October;\n(3) in Garza County on the first Monday in March and the fourth Monday in September; and\n(4) in Lynn County on the first Monday in February and the third Monday in September.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
