Sept. 1, 1997.\n(d) Section 24.139, relating to the 37th District Court, contains provisions applicable to all the district courts in Bexar County. To the extent that this subchapter is inconsistent with those provisions, Section 24.139 prevails.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
