Government Code § 24.449","heading":"272ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BRAZOS COUNTY).","body":"(a) The 272nd Judicial District is composed of Brazos County.\n(b) The 272nd District Court has concurrent jurisdiction with the statutory county courts of Brazos County in misdemeanor cases as well as the jurisdiction prescribed by general law for district courts.\n(c) The terms of the 272nd District Court begin on the first Mondays in April and October.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
