Government Code § 24.516","heading":"371ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY).","body":"(a) The 371st Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.\n(b) The 371st District Court shall give preference to criminal cases.\n(c) The terms of the 371st District Court begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October.\n(d) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, the 371st District Court has concurrent original jurisdiction with the county criminal courts in Tarrant County over misdemeanor cases.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 632, Sec. 2, eff.
