Government Code § 24.517","heading":"372ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (TARRANT COUNTY).","body":"(a) The 372nd Judicial District is composed of Tarrant County.\n(b) The 372nd District Court shall give preference to criminal cases.\n(c) The terms of the 372nd District Court begin on the first Mondays in January, April, July, and October.\n(d) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, the 372nd District Court has concurrent original jurisdiction with the county criminal courts in Tarrant County over misdemeanor cases.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 632, Sec. 2, eff.
