Government Code § 25.0030","heading":"FACILITIES; PERSONNEL.","body":"(a) The commissioners court of each county shall provide the physical facilities necessary to operate the statutory probate court in each county.\n(b) The county attorney or criminal district attorney and sheriff shall serve each statutory probate court. The county clerk shall serve as clerk of each statutory probate court. The court officials shall perform the duties and responsibilities of their offices and are entitled to the compensation, fees, and allowances prescribed by law for those offices.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 394, Sec. 2, eff.
