Government Code § 25.1101","heading":"HIDALGO COUNTY.","body":"(a) Hidalgo County has the following statutory county courts:\n(1) County Court at Law No. 1 of Hidalgo County;\n(2) County Court at Law No. 2 of Hidalgo County;\n(3) County Court at Law No. 4 of Hidalgo County;\n(4) County Court at Law No. 5 of Hidalgo County;\n(5) County Court at Law No. 6 of Hidalgo County;\n(6) County Court at Law No. 7 of Hidalgo County;\n(7) County Court at Law No. 8 of Hidalgo County;\n(8) County Court at Law No. 9 of Hidalgo County; and\n(9) County Court at Law No. 10 of Hidalgo County.\n(b) Hidalgo County has the following statutory probate courts:\n(1) Probate Court No. 1 of Hidalgo County; and\n(2) Probate Court No. 2 of Hidalgo County.\n(c) The county courts at law of Hidalgo County sit in the county seat.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 148, Sec. 4.01, eff.
