Government Code § 25.2511","heading":"WISE COUNTY.","body":"(a) Wise County has the following statutory county courts:\n(1) County Court at Law No. 1 of Wise County; and\n(2) County Court at Law No. 2 of Wise County.\n(b) County Court at Law No. 1 of Wise County sits in Decatur or at another location in the county determined by the judge of County Court at Law No. 1 of Wise County and approved by the commissioners court.\n(c) County Court at Law No. 2 of Wise County sits in Decatur or at another location in the county determined by the judge of County Court at Law No. 2 of Wise County and approved by the commissioners court.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 148, Sec. 4.01, eff.
