Government Code § 25A.020","heading":"RULES.","body":"(a) The supreme court shall adopt rules of civil procedure as the court determines necessary, including rules providing for:\n(1) the timely and efficient removal and remand of cases to and from the business court; and\n(2) the assignment of cases to judges of the business court.\n(b) The business court may adopt rules of practice and procedure consistent with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the Texas Rules of Evidence.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 380 (H.B. 19), Sec. 1, eff.
