Government Code § 26.294","heading":"RED RIVER COUNTY.","body":"(a) The County Court of Red River County has:\n(1) the general jurisdiction of a probate court;\n(2) jurisdiction to enter orders providing for the support of deserted wives or children, pendente lite, and to punish violations of those orders;\n(3) juvenile jurisdiction as provided by Section 26.042(b); and\n(4) original criminal jurisdiction.\n(b) The county court has no other civil jurisdiction or appellate criminal jurisdiction.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480, Sec. 1, eff.
