Government Code § 26.302","heading":"SABINE COUNTY.","body":"(a) The County Court of Sabine County has the general jurisdiction of a probate court, general criminal jurisdiction, and juvenile jurisdiction as provided by Section 26.042(b) but has no other civil jurisdiction.\n(b) The terms of the County Court of Sabine County begin on the second Mondays in January, April, July, and October and may continue for three weeks.
