Government Code § 30.01901","heading":"APPLICATION; DEFINITIONS.","body":"(a) This subchapter applies to the city of Corpus Christi.\n(b) In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Appellate courts\" means the county courts at law of Nueces County that have criminal appellate jurisdiction.\n(2) \"Municipal court director\" means the clerk of the municipal courts of record.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 441 (S.B. 2009), Sec. 1, eff.
