Government Code § 3002.105","heading":"PRIVATE CIVIL CAUSE OF ACTION.","body":"(a) A person affected by a political subdivision's or state agency's violation of this chapter may bring a civil action and is entitled to obtain:\n(1) declaratory relief;\n(2) injunctive relief; and\n(3) court costs, including reasonable attorney's and witness fees.\n(b) Notwithstanding any other law, the Fifteenth Court of Appeals has exclusive jurisdiction over any appeal arising out of a civil action brought under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 20 (S.B. 8), Sec. 2, eff.
