Government Code § 301.052","heading":"DISTRIBUTION OF JOURNALS.","body":"(a) The lieutenant governor and speaker shall each appoint an employee to distribute the journal of the respective houses.\n(b) The employee shall distribute a copy of the journal to:\n(1) the governor;\n(2) each member of the legislature; and\n(3) heads of departments, if requested.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff.
