Government Code § 305.035","heading":"ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The commission, the attorney general, or any county or district attorney may enforce this chapter.\n(b) On the application of any citizen of this state, a district court in Travis County may issue an injunction to enforce this chapter.\n(c) A person may file with the appropriate prosecuting attorney or with the commission a written, sworn statement alleging a violation of this chapter.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff.
