Government Code § 3100.062","heading":"DISPLAY ON SPEAKER'S PLATFORM.","body":"(a) If the state flag is displayed flat on a speaker's platform, the flag should be displayed above and behind the speaker.\n(b) If the state flag and the flag of the United States are displayed on a speaker's platform, the state flag should be, from the perspective of an observer, to the right of the United States flag.\n(c) The use of the state flag to drape the front of a platform is governed by Section 3100.070(c).\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 7.001, eff.
