Government Code § 3151.051","heading":"PROHIBITED CONSTRUCTION; CAPITOL VIEW CORRIDOR.","body":"A person may not begin, in a Capitol view corridor, construction of a structure that would exceed the maximum permissible height computed in accordance with the following formula:\nh = (((653' - eVP) x (b'))/b) - (eS - eVP)\nwhere:\nh is the maximum permissible height of the structure;\nb is the distance between the selected view point and the center of the Capitol dome;\nb' is the distance between the view point and the structure;\neS is the elevation of the structure; and\neVP is the elevation of the view point.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 7.001, eff.
