Government Code § 316.007","heading":"TRANSMISSION OF RECOMMENDATIONS.","body":"(a) The Legislative Budget Board shall include in its budget recommendations:\n(1) the proposed limit of appropriations from state tax revenues not dedicated by the constitution; and\n(2) the proposed limit of consolidated general revenue appropriations.\n(b) The board shall transmit the recommendations to the governor and to each member of the legislature.\nActs 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff.
