Government Code § 33.041","heading":"JUDICIAL DIRECTORY; NOTICE.","body":"(a) The Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System shall:\n(1) establish a judicial directory that contains the contact information, including the e-mail address, for each judge in this state; and\n(2) provide the commission with access to the directory for the purpose of providing to a judge written notice required by this subchapter.\n(b) Written notice required by this subchapter may be provided to a judge by e-mail.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1130 (S.B. 293), Sec. 13, eff.
