Government Code § 4003.054","heading":"REGISTRATION PROCEDURES.","body":"(a) The commissioner shall complete the procedures specified by this section to register securities entitled to registration by notification.\n(b) The commissioner shall:\n(1) examine the registration statement filed under Section 4003.052 and the accompanying papers to determine their sufficiency under the requirements of this subchapter; and\n(2) record the registration by notification of the securities described on receipt of:\n(A) the registration statement;\n(B) any prospectus;\n(C) payment of the filing fee and registration fee; and\n(D) a consent to service of process, if required.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
