Government Code § 4004.003","heading":"DISPLAY OF INFORMATION REGARDING COMPLAINTS.","body":"A dealer, agent, investment adviser, or investment adviser representative regulated under this title shall prominently display at all times in the person's place of business:\n(1) a sign containing the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the board; and\n(2) a statement informing consumers that complaints against a dealer, agent, investment adviser, or investment adviser representative may be directed to the board.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
