Government Code § 4004.054","heading":"ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.","body":"The commissioner shall issue a certificate of registration to an applicant for registration as a dealer or investment adviser if:\n(1) the commissioner is satisfied that the applicant has complied with the requirements of this chapter; and\n(2) the applicant:\n(A) if applicable, has filed a written consent to service that complies with Section 4001.102; and\n(B) has paid the fees required by Chapter 4006.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
