Government Code § 4004.103","heading":"APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION.","body":"The application described by Sections 4004.101 and 4004.102 must:\n(1) be in the form the commissioner prescribes;\n(2) state:\n(A) the residence and address of the person whose registration as an agent or investment adviser representative is requested through the application; and\n(B) any other information relating to that person's previous history, record, and associations that the commissioner may require; and\n(3) be signed and sworn to by the person whose registration as an agent or investment adviser representative is requested through the application.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
