Government Code § 4004.257","heading":"CONTINUING EDUCATION.","body":"(a) The board may recognize, prepare, or administer continuing education programs for a person who is registered under this chapter.\n(b) A person who is registered under this chapter must participate in continuing education programs if the board requires participation as a condition of maintaining the person's certificate or evidence of registration.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
