Government Code § 4004.302","heading":"NOTICE FILING.","body":"The board by rule shall authorize a federal covered investment adviser or a representative of a federal covered investment adviser to render services as an investment adviser in this state if the commissioner receives:\n(1) a notice filing submitted by the adviser or representative that:\n(A) is on the form and contains the information the commissioner prescribes; and\n(B) if applicable, contains a consent to service appointing the commissioner as the adviser's attorney for service of process, as required by Section 4001.102; and\n(2) a notice filing fee in the amount determined under Chapter 4006.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
