Government Code § 4004.351","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Department\" means the Department of Family and Protective Services.\n(2) \"Exploitation,\" \"financial exploitation,\" and \"vulnerable adult\" have the meanings assigned by Section 281.001, Finance Code.\n(3) \"Securities professional\" means an agent, an investment adviser representative, or a person who serves in a supervisory or compliance capacity for a dealer or investment adviser.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
