Government Code § 4005.105","heading":"WITHDRAWAL OF APPROVAL.","body":"At any time, the commissioner, on 10 days' notice and hearing, may withdraw approval of a stock exchange that at the time of the hearing does not meet the standards for approval under this title. On the withdrawal of approval, securities listed on the exchange are not exempt from this title until the commissioner issues an order approving the exchange.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
