Government Code § 4007.207","heading":"NONCOMPLIANT OFFER OR OFFER PROHIBITED BY CEASE PUBLICATION ORDER; OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) makes an offer of a security in this state that does not comply with the requirements governing offers specified in Subchapter E, Chapter 4003; or\n(2) knowingly makes an offer of a security in this state that is prohibited by a cease publication order issued by the commissioner under Section 4007.103.\n(b) An offense under this section is a state jail felony.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff.
