Government Code § 401.003","heading":"INAUGURAL FUND.","body":"(a) The inaugural fund is a special fund in the state treasury. Money in the inaugural fund may be appropriated only for expenditures authorized by this chapter.\n(b) The comptroller shall credit to the inaugural fund a pro rata share of the interest received from the deposit of state funds as if the inaugural fund were a constitutional fund.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
