Government Code § 401.007","heading":"RECORDS OF EXPENDITURES.","body":"In addition to maintaining records required by law with regard to the expenditure of appropriated funds, the committee shall maintain a record of each expenditure of nonappropriated funds. The record must contain the following information about each expenditure:\n(1) the name and address of the entity to whom the expenditure was paid;\n(2) the amount of the expenditure;\n(3) the date of the expenditure; and\n(4) the purpose of the expenditure.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
