Government Code § 403.278","heading":"TRANSFER OF PERSONAL PROPERTY.","body":"(a) A state agency may transfer any personal property of the state in its possession to another state agency with or without reimbursement between the agencies.\n(b) When personal property in the possession of one state agency is transferred to the possession of another state agency, the transfers must be reported immediately to the comptroller by the transferor and the transferee on the forms prescribed.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 2nd C.S., ch. 8, Sec. 2.30.","path":["GOVERNMENT CODE","TITLE 4.
