Government Code § 403.403","heading":"TEXAS GREEN JOB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FUND.","body":"(a) The Texas green job skills development fund is an account in the general revenue fund. The account is composed of:\n(1) legislative appropriations;\n(2) gifts, grants, donations, and matching funds received under Subsection (b); and\n(3) other money required by law to be deposited in the account.\n(b) The comptroller may solicit and accept gifts, grants, and donations of money from the federal government, local governments, private corporations, or other persons to be used for the purposes of this subchapter.\n(c) Income from money in the account shall be credited to the account.\n(d) Money in the development fund may be used only for the purposes of this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 654 (H.B. 1935), Sec. 1, eff.
