Government Code § 411.0045","heading":"PHYSICAL FITNESS PROGRAMS.","body":"The commission shall adopt:\n(1) physical fitness programs in accordance with Section 614.172; and\n(2) a resolution certifying that the programs adopted under Subdivision (1) are consistent with generally accepted scientific standards and meet all applicable requirements of state and federal labor and employment law.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 595 (S.B. 616), Sec. 1.003, eff.
