Government Code § 411.123","heading":"ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: MUNICIPAL FIRE DEPARTMENT.","body":"(a) A fire department that is operated by a municipality in this state is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:\n(1) an applicant for a beginning position with the fire department; and\n(2) required to be certified by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 296, Sec. 13(5).\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 790, Sec. 35, eff.
