Government Code § 411.138","heading":"ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: JUVENILE BOARD OR JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT.","body":"A juvenile board or juvenile probation department is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:\n(1) an applicant for a position with the juvenile probation department;\n(2) an employee for whom the juvenile board or juvenile probation department will seek certification from the Texas Juvenile Justice Department; or\n(3) an employee or department applicant who currently holds certification from the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1297, Sec. 56, eff.
