Government Code § 411.381","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Alert\" means the statewide silver alert for missing senior citizens and persons with Alzheimer's disease, as developed and implemented under this subchapter.\n(2) \"Local law enforcement agency\" means a local law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the investigation of a missing senior citizen or person with Alzheimer's disease.\n(3) \"Senior citizen\" means a person who is 65 years of age or older.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 69 (S.B. 1315), Sec. 1, eff.
