Government Code § 411.510","heading":"INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.","body":"(a) On request of the department, the attorney general shall institute an action for injunctive relief to restrain a person in violation of or threatening to violate a law or rule governing a program or person subject to this subchapter.\n(b) An action filed under this section shall be filed in a district court in:\n(1) Travis County; or\n(2) the county in which the violation allegedly occurred or is threatened to occur.\n(c) The attorney general may recover reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining injunctive relief under this section, including court costs, attorney's fees, investigative costs, witness fees, and deposition expenses.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 595 (S.B. 616), Sec. 3.002, eff.
