Government Code § 411.529","heading":"DECISION BY COMMISSION.","body":"(a) Based on the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and proposal for decision, the commission by order may determine that:\n(1) a violation occurred and impose an administrative penalty; or\n(2) a violation did not occur.\n(b) The department shall give notice of the order to the respondent.\n(c) The order under this section must include:\n(1) separate statements of the findings of fact and conclusions of law;\n(2) the amount of any penalty imposed;\n(3) a statement of the right of the respondent to judicial review of the order; and\n(4) any other information required by law.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 595 (S.B. 616), Sec. 3.002, eff.
