Government Code § 418.046","heading":"ASSISTANCE TO AVIATORS.","body":"(a) The division may provide assistance to private aviators, including partial reimbursement for funds expended, to meet the actual costs of aircraft operation in performing search, rescue, or disaster-related functions requested by the governor or the governor's designee.\n(b) Any reimbursement must be limited to the actual cost of aircraft operation not reimbursable from other sources.\nActs 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff.
