Government Code § 418.125","heading":"DISASTER PREPAREDNESS COMMUNITY OUTREACH.","body":"To the extent practicable, the following entities shall conduct community outreach, including public awareness campaigns, and education activities on disaster preparedness each year:\n(1) municipalities and counties;\n(2) the department, including the division;\n(3) the Texas Education Agency;\n(4) the office of the comptroller;\n(5) the Texas Department of Insurance;\n(6) the Texas Department of Transportation;\n(7) the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs;\n(8) the Health and Human Services Commission; and\n(9) the Department of State Health Services.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1116 (H.B. 2325), Sec. 2, eff.
