Government Code § 418.180","heading":"CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN INFORMATION PREPARED FOR UNITED STATES.","body":"Information, other than financial information, in the possession of a governmental entity is confidential if the information:\n(1) is part of a report to an agency of the United States;\n(2) relates to an act of terrorism or related criminal activity or a hostile act by a foreign adversary of the United States; and\n(3) is specifically required to be kept confidential:\n(A) under Section 552.101 because of a federal statute or regulation;\n(B) to participate in a state-federal information sharing agreement; or\n(C) to obtain federal funding.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1312, Sec. 3, eff.
