Government Code § 418.302","heading":"COUNCIL ESTABLISHED.","body":"(a) The Texas Energy Reliability Council is established to:\n(1) ensure that the energy and electric industries in this state meet high priority human needs and address critical infrastructure concerns; and\n(2) enhance coordination and communication in the energy and electric industries in this state.\n(b) Chapter 2110 does not apply to the council.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 426 (S.B. 3), Sec. 3, eff.
